Absolutely disgraceful, along with the very abusive chanting at Rangi, another incident that Cas would have got fined for if it was the other way around.

Salford should be embarrassed they have neanderthals like these following the club, it was even women throwing punches!

Did anyone hear the chants about Rangi? Couldn't quite catch the words.

Both of their fans should've been escorted out.

having been at the railway end all game i saw no trouble at all and the salford fans were well behaved but like every club we all have our share of idiots that spoil it.

A few Salford fans abused Rangi and oddly Danny Orr?? Most of them were good fun loud and good fans
I did not see the skirmish but did feel a little tension at the end

Oh and to Luke Patten who tweeted he won't miss our changing rooms!! Well SLE won't miss another journeyman oz who was out jumped by a prop to win the game lol

Or the same FB who stuffs up a bomb at half time to let the other team score

The vast majority of Salford fans who visited were absolutely spot on...thanks for coming!

...and some were scum. These things happen. If there's any issue hopefully it'll be dealt with by the clubs in the correct manner.

Fair play to all the genuine Salford fans that came though - it was a decent following.

I was stood in the railway end minding my own business cheering as we went in just before half time when an ogreish looking bloke in his late 30's in a checkered shirt came up behind me and tried to start a fight with me and a couple of my friends offering us out. I simply replied 'rugby league is a family game' and laughed at him and then a couple of other cas fans must have complained about him or the stewards must have seen him being aggressive and came over to move him. Only for him to be in the centre of the violence happening at the end of the game in the middle of the railway end. Ofcourse all teams have their idiots, i did manage to also talk to a few Salford fans just infront of us that were very pleasant and we had a good bit of banter with them.

Oh well at least we got the 2 points.

Just on the subject of crowds, (Before any one jumps down my throat, let me make it clear that I am not trolling) - Whats going on with the <5k attendance? I didn't realise things were that bad down't lane?

Salford have never been much in terms of travelling support, there's people boycotting the club left, right & centre over a number of issues ranging from Millward to the board and most importantly, an issue that's SL wide....the cost to get in is far too much (especially considering the product being put out by Cas).
