i put a pole on here a couple of months ago asking if we should send him home and i got shot down in flames by some people on here for that, i wonder if they still think hes so great now, the castleford club should terminate this to$$ers contract tonight. |

I don't know what has happened to Ryan at all, something has happened and whether that is that he's no longer the fan's favourite or something else, he's not the same player that he was. Let's hope next season he's back and better than ever.
I really like the guy, but his performances this season have been nothing short of disappointing.

Hes the only one who tries to do it every game for some reason he thinks hes this big hard man that nobody has the right to tackle a total wast of space.
and no i am not going to be celebrating thats the trouble with too many cas fans as long as we dont finish bottom we have had a good season what a load of rubbish it would have been nice not to have got knocked out at the first hurdle and shown a bit of class for a change i suppose they were thinking how long they had left until last orders

Are you forgetting where we've been for the past few years? We've spent two of them in the National League and two of them at rock bottom of the table. To go from 12th to 7th in one year is a fantastic achievement. I think your expectations are too high. |

The hand on the throat was in completion of the 'trying to decapitate him' tackle. After which he thought he'd best try again a further two times in the game on the same player.
It's a real shame because some of your players are great to watch: Westerman, Owen (thought he was great tonight) and Chase for example, and don't seem to feel any need to 'prove a point'
Mind you, I used to get really brassed off and embarrassed by a lot of Newtons antics when he played for us.

the season has been fantastic compared to the last few years and is most definately something to build on |

No way on god's earth are you guys crap, yes you've got things to work on and develop (haven't most teams), but you're definitely making huge progress - your attack in particularly is great to watch when they play well
