cas have suspended sione for not turning up to training and will not comment until disaplinary hearing is completed.
Looks like he is gonna leave us the way he has left all his other clubs

I've seen this mentioned elsewhere and wouldn't be to surprised if that's where they Sun got their information from.

not wanting to be accused of spreading crap (as some people dont get to know about these things so they are un true!!) but yes his behaviour at 6am was not that expected of a pro rugby player but his behaviour was no worse than some other players in Xscape the hours previous.

all in all his drinking is a problem and turning up to training blind drunk is totally unacceptable!

no surprise really i think we all knew he wasnt injured and its only a matter of time now untill he is shown the door, i think he has been lucky to stay in a job at cas as long as he has.

None of the players behaviour was bad at xscape that night siones was an isolated incident as he chose to carry on drinking elsewhere when all the other players went home to bed!

Cas must be paying him too much money

Some people are treading a fine line, we know what allegedly happened but it doesn't need spreading over this site, without proof!

Did I read somewhere , way back ealy this year, that he had been arrested for for some type of drunken affray in a local club / pub and had spent a night in the cells.

Anybody able to shed any light on this, possibly not charged , what was the punishment from the club, did it really happen or was it just poor reporting. If it did happen and he has again stepped over the mark then I bet the people at the club who trusted him to sort his life out will be fed up with him now.

Is the clubs disciplinary policy rigorous enough. Should the club be able to punish an employee for a drink related offence that took place outside of work hours and away from the rugby club. Are players always representing the Rugby club when they are out in public ?

Only question I can answer and that answer is yes. Even when injured the players are representing the club

I agree and would presume that this is somehow reflected in the players contracts and would think that this type of alleged behaviour could be a breach of contract that would allow the club to terminate his contract.
