I don't know how realistic it would be in the time frame but Claws could do a calendar for next year with all proceeds going to the cause. I'd buy one.

Maybe open it up a bit bigger, ie...to all SL teams and have different cheerleading teams on for every month. In regards to the timescales, do it 'NOW' as a pre-order for Xmas! Get our media man to work along side the RFL and get it advertised to every club as a pre-order NOW!

Certainly Cas should have some representatives at the Grand Final game tomorrow shaking the buckets, or doing some type of collection etc.

Not sure how realistic tomorrow would be but with the 4 nations coming up surely something could be arranged

On an earlier thread I am selling some books and programmes. If someone buys them for £10, I will post them free of charge to the buyer and match the money myself towards Charlotte's fund. This is a genuine offer and I am not trying to make money on the sly.

We could possibly get the club to donate a shirt, then get it signed by as many Cas players (past and present) as possible.
That surely would be of significant enough value and a collectors item, imagine what someone would give for the signatures of Hardisty, Heppy, Hartley, Bryant, the Beardmore twins, Kevin Ward, Dean Sampson, Graham Steadman, John Joyner, Rangi Chase, Craig Huby's etc. etc. etc. signatures all on the same shirt?
Then put on ebay for an online auction?
...or if it's thought this wouldn't attract a significant enough amount, maybe an online raffle? given that every Cas fan would like to own such a shirt, £1 or £2 a ticket is not much to ask and could raise maybe upwards of £5,000 (or even more if we offered tickets to the rest of the rugby league world)

It's a pity it wasn't in the regular rugby season, as printed tickets (rather than online) could be sold at games.

Surely your club could put a few packages together that they could auction off too? Perhaps hospitality ones? Ticket to see behind the scenes? Away travel on the team bus etc?

Poor lass, I hope she comes through it all ok.

Why not do a Sponsored Walk just like the one we did for Adam Watene & Sky Marie Cartwright, From Cas to Wakey or Wakey to Cas let the media know get some ex-players or injured players to do the walk in which will help raise lots of £s for Charlotte
