Mick isn't a journalist. He does some radio stuff granted and he's sharing his passion in a role that suits him but that's not necessarily journalism.
As for what he's stated, conjecture is the spice of life but 90% of it is total rubbish.

Wouldn't be a surprise, Millward lost the dressing room weeks back.

| can anyone remember when cas finished a season with a positive points difference ?
how many clubs have their record score against cas ?
how many players have their most tries/goals/points against cas ?
the coach highlighted at the beginning of the season the need to tighten up the defence...well that worked. 6 times already this season the team has shipped 40+ points and what is more alarming they had two weeks to prepare for this so maybe we should be pleased at only conceding 70 who knows what it may have been had we played last week.
we are told this is the time of year players are playing for next years contracts so with that in mind what kind of player are we to attract for next year after that result and would it also suggest a lot of yesterdays team dont want to be at the club next year.
maybe we just think we are a superleague club we certainly dont have superleague ambitions, the players are largely national league standard as is the ground as is the leadership.
i also agree the coach should take his share of the flak and visit lord sugar for the finger

| We did our shopping at Netto instead of M & S and are now paying the price. Nash and Grahan are good examples of this - why sign them if they are not good enough to be playing? - both are out on loan.
The squad is the weakest we have ever seen in the SL era.

Absolutely, you reap what you sow.
In the off season I was concerened at how little we looked to be strengthening an already incredibly mediocre squad. Millington was our only 'quality' signing (and he was injured when he arrived) and from what I've heard he looks more disheartend and disinterested every week.
I understand we are on a budget with the ground but we all know how quickly that is progressing. Now we have the dreamteam of unsuitable coach for poor on field performances and a useless chairman off it we are sliding to the point where many people predicted we would eventually end up through lack of investment. Out of SL.

| What concerns me the most is that we are giving the RFL every excuse to boot us out. Along with the growing popularity of moving down to either a 10 or 12 club SL and our's and Wakey's failure to deliver a competative side and a new stadium could create the unthinkable - a merger. The only thing that is keeping this at bay at the moment is the failings of the London franchise. A "as long as they are worse than us we are OK" mentality is keeping us in SL.

| The most frustrating parts of this season are:
Team policy-Why do we let the likes of Davies, Thompson, and Brierley go out on loan to championship clubs? Davies and Thompson for me have performed well more often than not, I'd love to see Brierley given a chance in the first team one day. Meanwhile the likes of Grehan, Millington, Nash etc just aren't good enough. And then to make it worse, we get in players like Williams who I don't think is any better than Griffin! Plus there are players currently in positions which I just don't think are suited to them-Owen and Dixon are wingers for me, not centres and fullbacks.
Teamwork-Watching last Saturday's match, what struck me was how there were a lot of good individual performances, but few players seemed to be working as a team. Take the Wakefield Try where it bouced over Youngquest's head-he's clearly telling Owen to get back, fair enough for whatever reason Owen doesn't respond, the ball bounces over Youngquest's head but Wakefield still have a bit to do. In the background the players are just watching, at the last minute Chase gives chase (!) and isn't far off making a tackle. Had even 2 or 3 players reacted just a few seconds earlier, they might have prevented the try.
