Turns out it was just a rumour some fans who attended a meet the directors night said the club haven't made any agreements with sale and that a meeting is scheduled for 16/18 April and if sale don't make an acceptable offer at that meeting its going to court

I believe it was the judge that adjourned the case to give both sides an opportunity to agree a settlement, Sale all along have said they have done nothing wrong and owe Cas nothing so the judge must think otherwise.
Sale have been remarkably quiet these last few months.
rumours both sides (lawyers)were to meet for the last time over a week ago heard nothing since, maybe they are close to an agreement maybe they are miles apart and are now awaiting for a court date, I would expect some kind of announcement soon.
