| Eddie - past his sell by date
Stevo - a top RL man but well past his Sky sell by date
Terry O' - doesn't ever really say anything insightful, just states the obvious, says random things that don't answer the questions he's asked
Barrie - okay, not the brightest, doesn't add much technical talk, does have links to players and people who work for clubs so does add something, tries to be funny but isn't
Phil Clark - thinks he's working for WiganTV, no matter who is playing where or when, he relates everything back to a positive about Wigan
Rodd Studd - awful!
Get rid of all of those and we'd be on to a good start.

| For all their faults I can tolerate Eddie and Stevo. Phil Clarke and Carney are at least articulate and could argue they look the part. It's the rest that will keep rugby league a strictly parochial sport played in the North. Anyone watching Rugby league on Saturday for the 1st time, will have swiftly knocked it off.
If they want to bring in that calibre of commentary, they may well hire Mick Morgan.

| Jon wells and carney seem to have a good rapport and would like to see them get more involved.
Why don't sky have guest commentators like the radio? How Andy Henderson hasn't been on sky is a mystery to me. He has genuine passion for the game and it comes across really well in his radio commentary. We need more people like this in my opinion rather than those who have little enthusiasm and are controversial for the sake of it.

| Whenever I watch games on Sky, it always seems to me that there is no commentary on the actual game, i.e. what is actually happening on the pitch. All they seem to do is have conversations about other things that relate to the teams, or the coach, who will be absolutely fuming about something or other, or the Ref's decisions, or (in Phil Clarke's case) Wigan. It seems to me that, since they have had Stuart Cummins along side them, they just want to talk about the rights and wrongs of the decisions. Why, oh why can't they just commentate on the game itself????
They really do need to listen and learn from the Aussie commentators.
