| Extends his stay with us for 2 years with an option of a 3rd, good news for us this, he has been solid if not spectacular and has been the calming influence and little general type that we needed, have been remarkably impressed with his improvements in defence too. Well done Finny

| He's been good in defence. His kicking game has lacked lately and he can't break a line to save his life. Even Jamie Ellis was breaking line vs Wakey but Finn is too scared to have a go, or not good enough. For me he's a 3rd choice half back. If Sneyd leaves we need 2 more half backs to come in.

| Finn has gone great this year, about as well as could have been expected and pretty sure DP won't have brought him in for the amount of line breaks he makes.

| Maybe not but I just think his pace ain't quick enough. I just feel if we are relying on building next year we should have looked at a different option. I'm not saying he's rubbish, I'm saying he's an average player but I think we can attract better.

| I do get what you mean but sometimes the ability to lead a team around which LF has is worth as much if not more than the ability to throw a dummy and go over from 50m out (look how wire have struggled without briers), his short kicking game is pinpoint. I do agree a decent pacey half would be nice to replace Sneyd.... Don't ask me why but I think we will end up with Tim Smith as LFs partner next year.

| Liam has been solid in defence - perhaps fallen to the shadows since Sneyd has stepped up these past few weeks. And what I'm about to say is probably gonna sound cliche as hell, but I trust the judgement of Powell. He's been able to get the best out of his players with his choices and I can't fault any of it - I'm just the audience.
