| GLAD WE ARE PLAYING MAINLY THE SECOND 13 IN THIS GAME, WE HAVE SEEN ENOUGH TO GIVE US A GOOD INDICATION OF WHAT WORKS BEST NOW, AND THIS SHOULD JUST BE A NICE STEADY RUN OUT FOR THE REST OF THE LADS WHO HAVEN'T HAD MUCH GAME TIME.
ahh crap.

| It wasn't the best game in the world, but the weather was a big factor in that. It was throwing it down all game and the wind was wicked. Dewsbury had to drop out from under the sticks, put the ball high and the wind stopped it and pulled it back enabling them to catch the ball and escape up field. The wind also took our kicks up field and over the dead ball line a few times. Plus the rain was being driven into the players faces.
I know the weather was the same for both teams, but Dewsbury coped better than we did. 18 - Nil to Dewsbury wasn't what Castleford were hoping for, but i suppose it gave some of the Cas players a run out and probably toughened them up a bit.
Well done Dewsbury, hope you get the same result next week against Fev.

| yeah, other than giving the kids a full first team game, the conditons made it utterly pointless (in more way than one)
Nice little coup for Dewsbury, I guess even our second string are still full timers
