Chase Masterclass Demolishes the WildcatsIt was tenth against twelfth as the Magic weekend witnessed its first West Yorkshire derby of the festival. The stands were starting to fill after the opening fixture between the Dragons and the Broncos and the atmosphere was starting to build.
The Tigers drew first blood early in an epic encounter when Chase turned down the chance of a two point penalty and Clark darted from acting half-back for the opener. Seven minutes later a thirty metre Carney break from his own ten metre line allowed him to find the supporting Ellis to go the remaining sixty and cross in the left corner. Ellis failed with the second conversion but the Tigers were 10-0 ahead.

It didn't seem to be all about Chase to me. Put me right if im wrong but did Chase even make a break? I know he probably set up a few breaks. It just goes to show that we can play when Chase is more relaxed and more of a team player. 2 games under Powell and 2 improved performances. Just hope it lasts.
Wish we could of got that guy who wakey signed though, he looks tough. Close to signing for us until we sacked Millward.

He looks like he could be a very good player for you a big powerful runner and a good signing, one thing I'm surprised no one has noticed is that for your first try he smashes chase in the face with his forearm, thought this had happened when I first watched the game and I have just paused it in the sl show and he Definatly leads with the forearm into chases face. If he does that against a playmaker from Leeds or Wigan the media will crucify him and he will be banned so agar would be wise to have a word.

Fantastic performance all round from Cas but it's important we stay grounded as we need two points in London if we are Going to go up the table, a big win in London for us and a big loss v Wigan for wakey will see us go above them for the first time this season As well as maybe Widnes, breathing down the necks of hull kr
