My wife and I attended last nights match against Wakey. This was our first home match this campaign but have been to most of the away games. I had been given a members card from someone who was on holiday in Spain ( jammy person )and my wife had a ticket for the game as a friend.We also had taken the grandson who has a season ticket.My wife went through the ticket turnstile and I went through the members turnstile.My wife got to me eventually after 20 mins I asked what had happened and what she said was typical Cas.
When she came through she had asked do I need to show the ticket stub to go into the WRE and the turnstile operator said you cannot go into the WRE with that ticket.When she entered the ground she actually found someone who knew their job and had no problem.
1. First point of contact. Turnstile operators that do not know their jobs.
2. Why were glass bottles allowed on the terraces, last year they were banned, only plastic bottles/glasses.
3. Drunk 16 to 17 year olds on the terraces had to have words with a couple of them ( I was not the only one who had words with them ) for throwing beer and generally causing a nucience og themselves.
4. They replensished their drinks several times so where were they getting it from. They were clearly not 18.
5. Throwing stuff on to the pitch from the WRE, that should not happen. We cannot blame noone else now
it was the Cas fans who did it. That may cost the club dearly this time.
6. That was my wife's and I first experience of the Cas home match this year things have changed but in our opinion not for the better.
On the other side of the coin the team performance was not that bad it was hampered a lot by the dodgy REF.
If BT was not such a useless twax we may have got a result.

It is no better in the FAMILY ZONE!!!!! this area is supposed to be family friendly with a no smoking policy but over the last few weeks it seems that cigs booze and bad language are now the norm. I have stopped taking the little ones, and the people who I convinced to come at the start of the season have now desserted us for good for one reason or another. The stewards are nowhere to be seen and I am now fed up of moving to try and avoid the people who just seem to want to drink their selves stupid and spoil it for everyone else. Oh and I have emailed the club but got no response.

Not exactly the sme thing, and don't know if its any different at wakefield or anywhere else for that matter , but when we got inside ( via entrance by the training pitch) we found a young castleford supporter probably about ten years old, who was in a right state due to not being able to access the ground with his dad. This led to him being inside a very busy stadium on his own whilst his dad was still queuing outside for a good five minutes

He soon calmed down once his dad managed to get in the ground, but not exactly the family friendly environment that it should be.
