To be honest I'm sceptical about the whole situation - what if he doesn't want out but the club want rid?
IMO it would have gone some way to appease the fans a little had he not just walked off the pitch yesterday and come over to clap the fans. Whether he was being booed or not.
He did seem to be having a good chat with a fair few of the Wire players though
