Is it just me or does nobody else see the word "Sorry" in there?'"
Is it just me or should that statement have been released after the challenge cup game and have they done anything but let us down since (Warrington/Hull KR)
we did take points from the only team in the league that struggle more than ourselves (until they get us at home ???) at least we can beat one
championship quality team this year !
Or is this statement from the players more to do with the fact that fans who didnt react after the pathetic performance at Featherstone are now choosing to and a certain CEO is twitchy ahead of meet the fans (and of course the real concern over falling attendances).
Or maybe its me being too sceptical the players really do care and the CEO isnt concerned with losing the fans and the income they bring.
I have been ashamed and embarrassed for over a month to call myself a supporter of that team and after 30 years, 2 relegations and some very poor performances over the years, i have finally had enough (worry for me is ive lost my mojo and even if i find it, im as inclined as the players to say .... it leave it to some one else). This statement has sadly had the opposite effect on me it was designed to - simply too little, and after a month has passed, too late !
For the record i will still put money into the club as board/players aside i do not want my club to suffer for how i feel short or long term, i simply will not
pay and stand in attendance and give 100% for players and a coach who cant be bothered when they are being paid to do so.
Sorry - 1st post in over a month and needed to get it off my chest.
Rant over - coyf.
