It means that if you qualify for U20 by being of or under age, you can use the U20 games to sit out part of the ban. If you're over 20, you should know better, can count yourself very lucky you only got 3 games, and have to sit out the 3 senior level games.

I can't quote the defacto wording on here verbatim, but essentially the only way you can include U20's games is if you are age elligible.

An over age player can include an U20's fixture from memory IF the offense being cited was incurred in an U20's fixture.
