If I had a quid for every nailed on cert and bit of inside knowledge, I would be comfortably off, like the rest of us and most of it turns out to be garbage.

It wasn't about nob measuring, just about the possibility of one being pulled if the other one was succesful, which from my POV seems like a common sense thing to happen, in light of the state of the country, job losses and economies.
