We have had many a hero or villain pull on the coverted amber and black jersey over the years, but sadly once they leave the club there are very few that we then know much about in their post Cas days. So how about reminiscing a little bit and sharing an update on different players of the past so we all can know where they are these days and what they are up to?

So to get the ball rolling with Deano 'Diesel' Sampson....where is he and what is he up to these days?

I saw him about a year ago working as a doorman in Buzz (Wakefield)

That is good if he is happy, I can't help feeling after reading his book and things that the game didn't really look after him, I know allegedly we didn't.

Not sure about the Hardman tag, but I saw Lee Harland (calf) the other day at my gym, he hasn't changed a single bit at all, looked exactly like last day he played for us, I didn't ask him if the (calf) at the end of his surname was his actual name or the persistent injury that kept him out of the team.

I believe he still is

I know that Graham Steadman is a coach for Scotland Rugby Union.

Saw him playing for Shaw Cross not too long ago.

Mike Ford is on the England RU coaching staff these days.
Diccon Edwards is coach at Leeds Ra Ra club.
