| I feel for him tonight, as much as the players.
Let's not forget what we did today was without Craig Huby, Jake Emmit, Nick Fozzard, Richard Mathers, Jonny Walker. If fit, these guys would have been somewhere in the 17 - but after todays performance at the detriment of whom ?
I think what TM has done with the players he has had to work with , how he has developed the youngsters and how he has binded todays 17 into such a close knit group is fantastic.
We have had the ups and downs and it's never been plain sailing - yet his commitment, effort and loyalty to Cas has been unquestionable.

| I feel for him in the worst way actually becuase you often hear coaches say that "we got ourselves in a position to win the game" and we really did - but for a lucky bounce off someone's knee which on another day would be a knock on somewhere or a shanked DG attempt, it would have been us...... And there is nothing TM could do about those things.
I also accept Leeds fans would say "but for X and Y too" I am not being one-eyed. I do actually think big game experience played a part, lots of our players are younger and less experienced in those types of games and I think it showed in how we played at 8 - 2..... But we will be better for that experience if we can keep the nucleus of this squad together for another season.
The shame again is we have to be gracious and galant in defeat, sometimes it would be nice to win ugly when it really matters. Nobody associated with Cas should be anything but proud, we toughed it out against Wakey and defied the odds against Huddersfield - consolidate now and try and take a scalp in the play-offs if we don't let our balloon pop after yesterdays pain.

| Unfortunately when the new coach comes in there will be a player shake up which will destroy the bond the current players have. Typical cas we always get rid of our good players to pay the directors wages and bonuses its a money game as any sport and unless one of our big sponsors puts some money on the table for players we will never get any higher up the table. You may not like it but its a fact, will be there fri to see them try get their revenge on the loiners cheats.

I quoted this although I have feeling it will be removed soon. Not only is it libelous it's completely unfounded and untrue.
The only paid role is the CEO, RW, AFAIK. The rest of the directors are unpaid and do everything on a volunteer basis purely out of passion for their club.

| I feel for him I really do after all he has endured he deserved some glory but lets not let this defeat define us and kick on in the league the same way we did in 99.
Spare a thought for Danny Orr as well, 3 semis with Cas 3 defeats.
We all dreamt so much about Wembley glory but the cold truth is it is gone for another year but I tell you what, if the BOD get the right man in to carry on the good work and take us to the next level with these amazing young lads and a few top signings in the front row we could do anything next term. COME ON CAS!!!

Isn't there an old saying about facts and good stories to apply here?
