Lets not forget his main interest, Both personally and financially is West Brom, And if West Brom stay in the premiership, His funds stay healthy. So thats his number 1 priority.

As for the ground. If the planning permission is granted on the Wheldon Road site, Opus North will just transfer £15m to the club, And we can get on with the stadium full steam ahead. We dont need funds from the council, Feisal, Or anyone else. Opus North will be paying for the stadium to be built.
