| Lets' not forget the Cas Board of Directors and their comfort zones!!
Noble would be great for us, however prior to TM's renewal a few years ago he expressed an interest but wanted too much money and threatened to shake things up too much for our BOD to handle.
I hope it isn't Morgan....there is a strong suggestion why he has had to leave HKR and it ain't good!  ! and worse!
John Kear.....he's cheap, he can get some above par performances from average players. Appart from dismay by many fans, he could be the BOD's easy option, without them putting their hands too deep into their pockets or moving out of their comfort zones! |

I have also heard good things about him. However, with us wanting to progress I just feel he isn't the right choice given his lack of head coaching experience |
