No, it was outside of the clubs land so it would be the council's land and not the club.

If it was within the grounds of the club there would be a case, but it wasn't so no case for the club.

That's a bit simplistic Gaslight. Just because it wasn't on Cas land, doesn't mean that there won't be some comeback on the club.

Whatever happens, it's not what's needed in the lead up to licencing.
