| As I said in the header, This may be an old subject which may have been covered a while back, but I've only been back on here for the last month or so, so could have missed it !
Just out of curiosity, I thought I'd take a look to see how our Cup opponents, Rochdale were doing in the league table, and then noticed that Whitehaven had been deducted NINE points for going into administration ! - What the hell, did they do to warrant 9 points, when Crusaders & Wakey only got 4 pts.
Sensible answers appreciated.

| Maximum penalty for going into adminstration: points deduction equal to three wins. In SL that's 6 points, in the chapionships 9 (remember from our last time in there: 3 for a win, 2 for a draw, 1 for a loss by less than 12 points, 0 for a loss by more than 12 points).
Crusaders and Wakey both had their maximum 'fine' (6pts) reduced because they agreed to repay some of the debt owed by the previous company tht had gone into administraiton.
