Doing up the side cost about 500k
Making a new north stand costs 2/3/4Mil.
Now thinking about it logically which gives you a better return bearing in mind that the east stand was sold out with others wanting to get in for about 90% of the time last year infact where as away support is hit and miss to say the very least.
Also the NHS are part funding the east stand extension due to the fact that it will house a NHS drop in clinic (I think that is what it was but it was deffo NHS based scheme).
