At 22-6 up at half time we should have come out in the 2nd half and killed the game off. That is something we are lacking at the moment, but i am pleased we got a victory.

I disagree, we totally out classed you in the second half a draw would of been a seriously fair result, I must say it was one of the worst Ref performances Ive ever seen he killed what would of been a really good game.

Taking advantage of a tired, unfit team. You sounded abysmal in first half and it's you can only have yourselves to blame for the loss at the end of the day.

Arundel played the full 80 minutes and was not out of his depth, he did all that was asked of him. Sargent also had more game time than he has done for weeks and Higgins played for 30minutes non stop in the first half which is a big ask for a prop in that heat, he also did has fair share in the second half.
This was actually a good win for Cas after a hard game on Tuesday, they were always going to tire somewhat, but i think they were a little complacent at the start of the 2nd half and paid the penalty. Bring on the Bulls next week and lets make it a hat-trick of wins.

There were two bad teams today. Salford were just marginally worse.

But hey, a win's a win. I'll take it, however ugly it was.
