When was the last time we didn't get beaten at Headingly in the league?
It's a game most fans expect us to loose and often by a fair bit and doesn't really have a bearing on how our season will progress.
In a way it's probably quiet good it's Leeds away as our 1st game of the season tends to end in us loosing so why not combine the 2.

We've got to bring the weather into the quation here. Let's be honest it's been so cold that it has been yet another reason for people to stay at home and not bother with the pre-season games. Let's hope it sorts its self out for the Wire game or numbers will defo be down.
Results at Headingley haven't exactly been overflowing in our favour but since I began keeping records in 1966/67 season here are the results of the League matches that we didn't get beaten in;
8/12/73 won 17-11 scoring 3 tries & 4 goals
20/3/76 won 18-13 scoring 4 tries & 3 goals
19/11/77 won 28-16 scoring 6 tries & 5 goals
8/10/80 won 34-9 scoring 6 tries & 8 goals
13/3/83 won 15-5 scoring 3 tries & 3 goals
13/11/83 won 28-10 scoring 4 tries & 6 goals
12/4/87 won 16-8 scoring 2 tries & 4 goals
2/2/91 won 18-4 scoring 3 tries & 3 goals
9/9/94 drew 14-14 scoring 2 tries & 3 goals
12/7/02 won 32-24 scoring 6 tries & 4 goals
