I'm just thinking about other uses, a key one potentially being concerts. presumably in this situation the stage would need to be facing the largest seating area which would presumably be the main stand down one side. In that case, would it not be acceptable to have the opposite touchline as standing, with that side used for the stage and everything else; and the remaining three sides all be seating?'"
Not really Bonzo,
most Concerts have the Stage at the ends - goaline etc.
Creates the narrowing effect so most fans standing can see. Also allows for a walkway into the standing crowd aswell.
Seen a few concerts this year, and everyone has been at the end. Inc. AC/DC at Wembley.
All ifs buts and maybes, However the revenue it could generate is sizable. The KC is a great Stadia BUT doesnt have our proposed parking or road links.
Corporate usually go down the sides (or all way round)
