Ur exactly right but we must stress that any punishments must be consistant and nothing was done about the Whinos bottle throwing incident, anyway we havent actually been done yet so we cant really comment, but if we do get done it just shows that its one rule for one and anthother for the rest.

Your clubs forked out for CCTV, hopefully they've made efforts to find the trouble causers and will ban them if they find them - problem tackled. Maybe a token fine to set an example, but deffo no points off THIS TIME, bit IF it happens again at ANY club............... throw the book at them. You've a decent set of fans on the whole, and I've never had any aggro either at WR or BV, so this seems to be a one-off - lets keep it that way.

As for the ref - can't something be done under the Trade Descriptions Act?

if found guilty then its one less box you can tick come the next round of licences as it will count the same as breaking the salary cap (there both breeching the rfl operational rules).
