Yes a pool being built at j32 paid for by WMDC angered me, and many others in Wakefield, after OUR council took our facilities away and has all but shelved a promise to build new facilities in the hub of our district.
I for 1 am in favour of an independent Castleford.
As for Sport England, a friend who i went to university with now works as a senior accounts manager at Victoria House. Her colleague has been involved with both claims. The only things she couldn't tell me were amounts the were applied for, but J30 has been pushed through very quickly & has been successful, However the same can't be said for J32. Considering [iFULL[/i planning permission hasn't gone in yet, I think your predictions are little short of deluded. I get the impression that you come on here claiming to be in the know when in reality you know nothing. Anyone can claim to be in the know for the purpose of winning an argument on a forum. It would be another thing to provide proof, which of course you won't have......dreamer! |

Only thing with that is
a. The Keepmoat/LSV or any other design does not have a swimming pool incorporated (thought there is one on the same site as the LSV).
b. They dont have a dirty great big hill behind that will require retaining. This has been allowed for in the original design apparantly as one stand will not be as high as the others & access is from the ends rather than along the stand.
I must admit that the Keepmoat is a good model to use as a basis & can be adapted to suit. |
