Only thing with that is
a. The Keepmoat/LSV or any other design does not have a swimming pool incorporated (thought there is one on the same site as the LSV).
b. They dont have a dirty great big hill behind that will require retaining. This has been allowed for in the original design apparantly as one stand will not be as high as the others & access is from the ends rather than along the stand.
I must admit that the Keepmoat is a good model to use as a basis & can be adapted to suit.
