| We've put 40+ points on both Bradford and Hull in the last two games.
Sure Hull were lacking effort and were injury depleated but never the less.
It's still impressive. What's everyones thoughts on the Salford game?
It could go either way for me.

| Cas just "did a job on them" imo tonight. Didn't try too much fancy stuff and just kept putting the yards in, then the boot and seemed in control all night. Weather was a factor obviously for both sides but i think we dealt with it pretty well. Great to see us go to a place like Salford, on a miserable night and win a boring match (as opposed to losing an exciting one). Sometimes SL is all about doing just that and i for one am a happy chappy. ![Very Happy icon_biggrin.gif](images/smilies//icon_biggrin.gif)

| It doesn't matter how you win, as long as you get the job done. The weather was a big factor and you don't expect a fast, free flowing game in those conditions. The following from Cas was great tonight. ![Very Happy icon_biggrin.gif](images/smilies//icon_biggrin.gif)

| Well done to your lot tonite.
Must say it sets it up nicely for your visit next week and whatever your religion you must admit it's nice for us both to be up there @ present.
Take a look below and it makes great reading.
The Giants,Cats and the Bulls winning would make for even better reading come this Sunday Evening.

Completely agree mate, we couldn't really play any differently tonight given the conditions. Infact that type of playing environment is normally our undoing so it was great to come away with the win.
I felt we were left lacking in defence when Owen went off injured - he seemed to be doing all the organising in that department, and superbly too. In general thought it was a good, second gear effort from our lads.
It was by no means an exciting game or an entertaining game but sometimes you just have to win ugly.
