Probably easy money for 2 days a week for a man of his calibre in coaching. It also allows him to cement his place as a Commentator on the BBC and in the media, as has been said though their will be a clause in there if he comes allowing him to go if SL interest is forthcoming. A win/win situation for him really at the moment.

Nobbys got an easy job.... They need to :-

Turn up on time
Practice hard
Get fitter
Put some effort in
Tackle
Do as they're told

Then they can sit down watch the match videos and highlight everything the fans are already saying about the side i.e. our defensive patterns and tackling technique is appalling, and we are poor at slowing plays down.

Our set completion is poor, our attack is one dimensional, we have several forwards that are either inexperienced or too old to maintain levels of fitness required week in week out.

And...... some of the senior, better players think they are Halifax RLFC and need shipping out, we've given some folks a good living...

Its extra cash that could have gone on a player, its good news dont get me wrong but fact is we should not have to do this, if i do crap at my job they dont bring in someone to do it for me or cover for me.

I have just had a call from a friend who works there and he sneaked a small spy camera into the Board room, Noble and Calland had a fist fight to see who would be Number one going forward. Looking at Nobles Lips calland got a few good ones in there.

The Winner though was Brian Noble with the Knee to the groin which must be how Matt is feeling right now.

Regardless the good of the club is all i care about and those using it as a cash cow can hopefully now goodbye, that includes players, coaches, waterboys ( we could do with a Bobby Bouche though ) physios and anyone else milking it down there.

No they would give you coaching andn devlopment and some support, After this time you still cannot do your job then the npowers that be have done everything to try and support you but with reluctance would let you go and find someone else who can, Thats my experience and i work in heavily targeted finance industry, Support, Coaching and development for a time and then if you cant do it, there is always someone else.

Just becuase its sport they still need nurturing and a learning curve to climb, you cant accomplish everything on your own. ( all this from me and i have been a harsh critic over the last few months ).
