By that are they not just taking North Stand as working condition so 10k but when done up will be 14k (guess big improvements as usually seats decrease size so good stuff!). Not like is a huge issue as could just get stand up to scratch asap if required for 10k I presume?

It isnt a big issue at all - i think our directors are more aware of the current capacity of the ground than people on a message board. If the capacity isnt 10k we wouldnt have applied for SL would we?

hope doing lots right and the RFL follow whatever doing as they are not doing it right here.

RL is and always will be a minority sport in france just as in the uk - the support in the french rl heartlands has always been fairly consistent tho' it does seem to have increased in popularity over the past few years.
It's unfair to compare one country with another because of the large cultural & demographic differences.I wasn't trying to be clever,3000 turnout for a couple of 'country' teams is brilliant - it's probably the equivalent of getting a 10000 crowd for a Donny v Hunslet clash in the uk
