The problem is it seems the majority are content to believe what ever rubbish comes out of the mouths of your BOD and their ridiculous claims do need counteracting. Whilst I appreciate that this may be embarrassing for some of you, it is only right that the actual truth is put out there. Thankfully some posters on here have started to realise that the spin put out by club cannot be trusted.

These FOIs just go to prove that our clubs board had no justification in it's actions regarding the rent.Coupling this with the shay purchase farce most like-minded rugby fans can now accept the club's wrongdoing.However these topics have been flogged to death and we are all bored now.We have an exciting new season to look forward to and Town are flying high in the conference,let's focus our attention there now.

I agree with the first part but would still like to know more as to why Michael Steele thinks the club is been hard done to in regards the rent. There has to be a lot more to it otherwise his comments are just making himself and the club look silly.

This opens even more questions as in why do Halifax RLFC pay for the old changing rooms and showers in the old block and records store and not FC Halifax Town???
The gym is used by FCHT why are they not paying for it, oh and by the way the gym was built and kitted out by Halifax RLFC.
So Town do not use the laundry at the Shay - I am asking as I don't know on this one?
Town don't have a boot room?


If I was Halifax RLFC I would be going over this with a fine toothed comb.

Oh and as for the number of games played as against training sessions I don't think that is the same as for a match you need staff such as stewards etc.. which costs more plus do Town not train at the Shay than really??? Plus as Fax play in summer a lot of these training sessions won't even need the floodlights on and as Town play mostly in the Autumn and Winter they need them on for their games = higher costs you don't mention that anywhere do you? This is the problem breaking down costs makes this all very silly and for me it should be the same rate for BOTH clubs end of story.
You are a sad person indeed doing all these FOIs, get a life you vindictive person, your slurs on the Halifax RLFC Board are almost slanderous, in fact a disgrace you should take a look in the mirror.

Oh and again tell me how many members does Halifax Town Supporters Trust have now you seem to have a memory lapse and never tell us, funny that maybe I will do an FOI to Supporters Direct and find out myself eh?

Mr T Hall and Swifty62 - you may claim to support both clubs but its easy to see where your priorities lie.

As to Bubba - he comes on here on the face of it trying to promote reasoned and sensible debate. However, once back on his own forum he reverts to the same snide, nasty, puerile and extremely personal remarks as the other lowlifes on that forum.

One thing I do not understand is , why were the rugby club made to move from the old offices (as we were told they were to be pulled down )but years later the Town lot are still enconsed there and using it as a shop ?Why, even though they had negotiated the prime positition in the new stand (which is now being used as a dumping ground by people) , is`nt either the old office yet not pulled down or the East Stand office/shop relet and tidied up ? Plus why are Town allowed to use the bar and the entrance inside the stadium in the East on match days as a shop and do they pay extra to the stadium for that ?
But I do agree this has been done to death and Bubba represents noone only himself and even his own Club pay him no heed so we shouldn`t either.
