And whilst we had both teams beaten at some stage in each game we managed to totally bomb both games due to what must be said was pretty gross incompetence.
I do believe that we have a good squad but it looks to be short of fitness to close out a match as well as composure, there is still time for us to got one of the top two positions if we play like we did against Donny. That result was well worked and they keep showing that they are nobody's dummies.
Time to ramp it up and kick on.

We proved we can compete yes, did we prove we can beat them? No. I think both those teams proved their metal in coming back from what looked like near impossible positions and winning games that other teams couldnt win.

Deep down ask yourself could our team come back from the position that those two teams found themselves in and win games?

I think we can get in the top 2 and Leigh will lose a game or two they are not invincible, they have only played us so far of the top teams, lets see how they get on tomorrow and if they win how a CC game probably against a SL team then a postponed league game midweek will stretch them.

....and we have played Leigh, Sheffield, Doncaster and Fev winning 2 out of 4. There's still a long way to go.

Next round of cup is 8th June so would have direct effect on us as we are due at LSV on that day.

so maybe a leigh win and us go there a few days later would benefit us.

Or put back and affects us just as much as them.

Will find out soon as Leigh won.

We'll go to LSV midweek after their cup fixture & beat them, hopefully denying them of a BP, their dosh will run out soon and hopefully they don't get too much of a cash shareout whoever they lose to in the quarters.
