First half wasnt great but we were more than comfortable in the second half after the bollocking that KH must have gave them.

We need to be better than we were in the first half because no disrespect to Haven a good team may have put the game to bed. That said and a win is a win at a place we traditionally struggle. Just need to keep picking up the wins as next week is a massive game now. The top 2 are really there for the taking this season as for me I cant see any team running away with it.

Honesthalifaxjohn has to say tho' Scott's try on 44 mins should have been disallowed, the ball was knocked out of his hands before grounding, another fax player picked the ball up and four or five fax players shouted "ground the ball"

Just got back from sunny Cumbria and have to say I didn't see that one coming regarding how comfortable we looked in controlling the game-certainly second half. Murrel and Johnstone were too hot to handle at half back and everybody put a shift on today. Game management was great using kicking game to good effect and defence was split by kick chase rather than poor tackling. Gutted for Robbo as he adds another dynamic to our attack when he is on the field-just a simple contact on the arm when he went to tackle-straight off. Also meant we had to play over an hour with one less interchange player -great effort. Pass from Tyrer to put Saxton in was quality. Been saying all season there will be teams taking points off each other that you wouldn't expect. At least we are heading toward top 5 now and well away from bottom 5! I could have sworn I heard the crowd announced as 751. Donny game looks like being massive now for both teams!

Good win today we started well and looked in control, they got a dodgy try and some how they were level, second half we got back on track and could have won by more, its good to beat Haven at their place after all those years of losing.
