Great allround performance from the team though. The attendance was obviously disappointing but maybe foreseeable, Thursday night, the snow and it was freezing! Hopefully though that sort of attacking rugby will attract some fans back, really was fantastic to see us throwing the ball around and it does work!!

Only concern was Bowman, he's a good player and put in a solid performance but he's no . I just don't understand why we don't put Thacks at 13 - Let him do his thing like he did last night - and give Bowman a decent chance in the halfbacks. Thacks is a good player as last night proved, but he's no playmaker. But anyway, very impressed last night and more of the same please Karl!!

All the team really but I was pleasantly surprised how well Craig Ashall and Steve Tyrer played when they came on as they have not had great seasons so far but its amazing what the confidence of winning well does.
Thacks had his best game for us so far, Rob did well with all his tries, Fieldhouse is as good as Shad was in attack for me, Tonka was a beast and Sam Barlow is on fire right now.

Although I wasn't at the game, it's pleasing to see Thacks and Tiger getting some plaudits. I think the coaching team are doing a great job too with their horses for courses ethic. I knew tiger would come good now that Penky isn't playing his off-the-cuff stuff out of dummy half.

Someone else saw it as well - I had to put my tin hat on when I dared to suggest on here that there would be life after Penky!!!!
