trying to boost your attendance to meet the 2500 requirement to apply for a sl licence?? bit naughty if u ask me..surely these cant count towards your attendance? its a well thought idea..boosts your attendance, looks good for you on sky and widnes aren't at the top of their game at the minute whereas fax are coming off the back of a brilliant win at barrow. hopefully widnes will put on a brilliant performance and take the 3 points icon_wink.gif

They will get the 2500 now because of freebies. icon_lol.gif But i admit it is good for charity, if the season ticket holders of Superleague clubs, put money into the pot.Might get a few hundred more fans but not much more as people work and the travel will cost them.So mainly be hudds,wakey,cas,leeds and bradford areas.I think the Rfl have already decided who they want in Superleague.

IMO regardless of whether the club need to boost their attendances or not this is a very generous gesture to hopefully get some well needed finance into the coffers of a local charity that works wonders for the people and families of Calderdale that may need this service.

The Club considered extending the offer to Championship Club Season Ticket Holders. On balance it was felt unreasonable, effectively, to charge Halifax and Widnes Ticket Holders and not those from, say, Leigh or Batley.
Ideally, it would be good to earn money for Overgate and introduce a new audience to Cooperative Championship Rugby.
