Halifax have been kicked out of one competition this season for fielding an ineligable player. Do you really think the club would risk/could stand a 2nd fiasco - albeit on a different theme?

Anything could happen!!!!!
But if you ask should we risk any potential fiasco, then the answer is a definate NO, NO, NO.
It must be simple to see the terms of his contract and make their decision. However it is only us plebs on the boards that are speculating whether or not he should / could play. The decision, no doubt, will have already been made. |

Cant blame Barlow for wanting to leave Sheffield Pigeons.cant be much fun playing under the poisoned dwarf in front of 1man and his pit pony Griff.
Glad we are playing at the shay as the crowd will not have to wait for hours to get in!

Sam Barlow - who flaming knows, Court costs and no doubt we will lose whatever case we put forward, we all knew he wasn't allowed to play, looking for symantics is just stupid.

Totally Crazy, I will suppost Halifax until either i or the club cease to exist, However it angers me so much to see this go on time and time again. I think calland has done good job this year ( i was one of the doubters early in the season) especially with the injuries, I feel its time for a change on the BOD, at least with people who know what there doing. I thought Steele was a solicitor ?. what does he specialise in ?. Divorce proceedings ?. |

But....
The article says that the RFL have said that there is nothing in their regulations to stop Barlow from playing.
