Familiar yes , relevant no , we won 9 out of 20 games in 2009 , our crowds were still within a couple of hundred of all the others apart from Widnes , my point about yourselves was if you hadn't dropped down , you most likely would have continued to struggle in 2004 , franchising only works if you have all strong clubs , any weakness and there is no safety valve to save you |

Which we have established isn't enough to even contemplate going into SL with , did it help the Celtic Crusaders when they kept fiddling the attendances ?
So if you do that , all you are doing is ' kidding ' yourself , and then reality bites , the extra 1,500 fans you have are the reason you will be in SL next year , fortunatly you have retained enough core support for long enough to get back in , it has been dropping off as the years go by |

Ok Starbug, we get you don't think we have any chance of SL. That's your opinion. It may turn out to be correct, it might not. We shall see in July, one thing is for sure, our BOD don't think it's pointless. I am sure our bid will be as strong if not stronger than some teams in SL. What's to say the RFL will only kick out one team?

How the hell do you know what was most likely ?. Again just something plucked from the air, Crusaders were bottom until Nobby got them into the playoff position, all it might have taken is a small change in personnell. I don't know and you certainly dont. It appears very much to me that you like to make your mind up from guessing about things and you dont know how strong other clubs are really do you ?.
Do you have copies of the 16 clubs bids ?. are you party to the decision making ?. The there lies your answer, you are as clueless as the rest of us included Carney. Assumption is the mother of all Feck ups. |
