I’d be surprised to see any league start before March at the earliest. Clubs can’t afford to without fans and there’s very little possibility of that now until March if not later. Super league ending late this year gives a good excuse and there is already talk of the World Cup being pushed back a year. Hopefully there will be enough clubs left in existence to start next season

I have 100% hope for my loved ones and fellow human beings. Myself and family members have been seriously ill. Doctors aren't registering COVID-19 (if it exists) to a flu/cold/pneumonia patient, but for a human that passes away through cancer/heart/liver etc will die WITH COVID-19 and therefore keep most the world locked down. Handle that how you wish.

Just scanning the news today I think we all need to get real that next season is not likely to now happen in 21. We are probably further off a restart than we were 3 months ago. The key is still a viable vaccine is needed to change the world back to the old normal

That's funny 'cos most of the News sites I've seen today say the vaccine may be rolled out next month.

Even if one is (although I suspect it's just newspaper talk) there's been barely been enough time to know that it would actually work and even if it does for how long immunity is conferred. A (what would be emergency approval) roll out in the next few months would be nothing more than a desperate throw of the dice in the hope that it comes up trumps!
