I dont have a problem with how Powell acted. End of an emotional game he thought his team would win. His team played poorly and made some poor decisions. He probably was not a happy bunny. He is human and as a human, liable to not think clearly at times and make mistakes etc. No harm done and am sure is wishing he could go back and maybe do things differently. He still is a quality coach and one I respect. His team are still a quality team and one that could easily have won on Sunday if things had gone their way a bit more. Instead of fans making a meal of things on what Sam Barlow or Daryll Powell allegedly said or did just let it go. Its not important. Banter is OK but sometimes this bitching is over the top.

Re the bottles, they were handing the beer bottles out over the counter for a while, til the ratty woman (anyone who used the bar down the side will know who i mean) suddenly realised they weren't meant to and produced more pint pots.

I brought 2 bottles of coke and were given the bottles, with caps on (which most football grounds take off)

With Manning, Fieldhouse, Robbo, Tyrer, Ambler etc... all signing extensions it's makes a perfect backdrop for Tonks to re-sign to Fax.

If he's not good enough for Fev in 2012 why should he be in 2013? especially when Fax have extended contracts of most of their key players.

We bought bottles and asked a steward if we could take them through to the stand and was told we could. It should have been consistent around the ground - either you could or you couldn't.

As for stuff being thrown on the pitch and players spitting, I've heard different things but once again off pitch stuff is being focused on instead of what went on in the 80 which was a great game of rugby. Yeah it didn't go Fev way sunday, but if it had been the other way round they'd have been proud of that win like we are of Fax.

I didn't see any trouble and am glad. I want to see both clubs continuing with the progress they've made so far.

That Tonks rumour must be as good as the Sam Barlow running at a woman and spitting at her one. Tonks was very chatty and personal with Rhino in the corner at the after match party for a long time and as I lip-read one of our totally tanked up directors saying to his mate that Tonks signed couple weeks ago. I must have been the only sober one at that party!! But i got a lot of info hehe. Sam's signing was going to be announced but they didn't as they just wanted them to enjoy... and not take the shine off. A Fev fan (not mentioning no names for his own safety lol) inboxed me saying its malicious about sam, saying he pretended to spit but didn't. However, whoever it was didn't like this pi** take so they reported it as sam actually spitting. Its being investigated by the RFL and if all is the case it will be NFA.
