BJ , that’s how I see it about returning to bite you,I don’t think we are any worse though , than the other teams with our Ill Discipline, granted Pownall deserved the response he got from his actions.But I enjoyed the game, not the Classic I hoped for but still a decent game.Good Luck for the rest of the season.

I put all the teams in the same bracket at the start of the season, how dare we have the audacity to beat Toulouse one of your BETTER teams, but we DID ,and will beat a couple of others before the season is over.
I realise I did forecast Fax and Fev to fight out 5th spot this season and I stand by that , but only my opinion, I don’t see Leigh any better or worse than other Clubs after 2 games.
Anyway I’m sure as the season progresses you will find your quote returning at some stage.

Its just banter Charlie, what I say and where i think we or anyone else will finish has no bearing whatsoever over the final standings. As I said on the leigh forum though I don't think Leigh will be within 6 pts of us come the end of the season. If it bites me on the ass i really couldn't give a rats.

We're better than last season, Charlie. But our next two games, against Bradford and Widnes, will provide a better marker of where we are.

Nobody loves banter more than me,so I accept that,and as you say you are full entitled to your opinion,I had a bit of wind up in the 3 pigeons and Vic bar before Sunday’s game .
We didn’t make a break on Sunday which was disappointing,after the Toulouse game,I think we will approach Sunday’s Fev game with different options.
Anyway plenty of twists and turns before the seasons out,have a good season,I’m looking forward to it, we do need a couple of additions however I’m just hopeful.

Well I was pleasantly surprised at both your results up to now ,Barrow is never an easy place to win at,I’m not sure how big your squad is , but at Leigh we need a couple of additions , as I said , I never underestimate anyone.

Never under-estimate the impact of two good half backs. Those around them, who maybe haven't stood out before, suddenly become players to watch.
