We haven't and won't be going full time this season.

Fax have improved even though being part time and so have some other sides both the part time and full time clubs.

Some important questions facing Fax are.

How much can Fax as a part time team be improved?

Can Fax be better than all the other part time teams and at least 1 of the full time teams to get into the top 4 again?

If they can't and finish 5th or lower and need to go full time to be able to compete will we be in a position to do so the following year?

As a club across the board you have to have everything in place to go full time with all the associated costs, it's not just the case of signing players or only involves those who pull on the shirt.
