That is the problem we are sufering from the Cas / Wakey syndrome, the lies and the bullshiiiite. Trust me ours is happening the steelwork for the stands is being put together now as soon as the play off game is over the railway end will be bulldozed |

The 12k limit ws scrapped by the RFL, I got told afterthe the stands are erected we just need to lower the height of the perimiter fence and instal crush barriers to make it 9k which will be adequate for us |

I am also aware of the divide and conquer policy within the RFL, I also passionately believe in 2x10 as the logical inclusive structure for the game but as it stands Fev would never be considered for a SL licence due to the ground, local road infrastructure and its parking limitations.
I applaud the work they are doing, I applaud the recent onfield achievements, I applaud the crowd growth but POR will never host SL in its current format, even with the 'new' stands - and that is wrong btw.

I dont know why you guys are argueing over who will get into SL and why etc.Its a closed shop unless the RFL want it to change which i doubt that will happen for a very long time.The scenario is thank you for your bids fev,fax and leigh but bradfords is the best goodbye and dont bother bidding in 2015 because unless we want a team to be ejected you will not be getting in.

That nice mr wood is like a politician though starbug he says one thing and does the totally opposite  But to be honest i hope your right starbug i hope one of us 3 do get in and to be honest i dont care which 1 of us it is because if 1 of us gets in it will change the whole no entry situation hopefully.But if 1 of us replace bradford im sure it will only be for 2 years as im sure bradford will be fast tracked to get back in at 1 of us 3s expense. |

Can't argue with any of that.
I just wish that the RFL would be honest about it and state categorically that SL is closed to new applicants. At that point the Championship clubs may at last get together and plan for the future.
All this "Destination Superleague" etc. from all our clubs is embarrassing as it simply will not happen.
The Bradford debacle has now proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that it is impossible to be ejected from SL and, ergo, for a place to become vacant. |
