Agree with the kit sponsor. Would be nice to have chance to win some original kit at end of season.

How about a Kit and an advert in the Program Insert or Program it's self if they are going to drop that crap the RFL produce.

It can then be shared amongst the contributors throughout the season.

I would say just get shirts as I think they are a better prize than winning shorts or a pair of socks either that or sponsoring a player "proper".But I will go along with the majority it not important really it`s about giving a bit extra to the club.

What about approaching the club and asking for a special fans sponsership package, that way it gives comerercial companies a chance to sponser indiviudal players as its all about brand aweness for them. i.e. getting there name read out each game, it also give us a unique deal that stands out and lets the squad know its means something to us

I am sure if the club and ourselves get our thinking caps i we can come up with a deal that is unique and out side the box. We are talking serrious amounts of monies here with what has been pledged.

There has to be an oppotunity to do something differant

Just to for starters -

1) we could sponser the team sheet and readings

2) Top try scorer award each match

3) How about sposering the Man of the match presentation, were one of us presents the MOM award each week (name drawn out)

4) Some way of spowering the Coaching team and support staff so when they come out at the start of the match and half time they get a special announcment, that would give us an opportuity to appluad or sing!

In return the club could arrange for some signed balls or shirts at the end of the season which we could draw out of the hat

I have contacted the club's marketing team to enquire about a unique package that would mean something extra special.

More pledges would help. Great effort so far

as a follow up to this, there are many people who support Halifax who never see this board, perhaps there is an opportunity at the Xmas friendlies to work with the club to advertise that a group of fans is getting together and sponsering the team/club in an extra unique way, thus attemtping to bolster our pot!

we can bounce ideas around for nowt, coz if we dont come up with anything, we can always go with the player kit sporsership as orgionally planned!
