The best fullback in the league without a doubt, his try scoring, his reading of the game, his support play, are all big parts of his game, he is good enough for Super League i have no doubt

At the end of last season i believe he signed a 1 year deal with an option for a 2nd year. obviously he has decided not to take that option for 2nd year.

Top bloke on and off the field. One of the best Fax players I have seen for a long while and a great role model for youngsters and fans to look up to. Shame he is going to Bradford. The guy is not just a quality player but puts in 100% each and every game. Easily the best player in the Championship the last few years. I doubt few if any are near his try scoring efforts after 100 games for Championship games. I would have liked to see him in the NRL as believe he is/was good enough to play there. Maybe his age and having played so long in the UK stopped that. Best of luck Shad and your always welcome at Fax.

Will be very relieved he's not on the pitch against us at The Shay or at the LSV next season, gutted he's not in our league though anymore, Fax's best player for a while now, like all good players in our league all the best from a Leyther. Top player, Best of luck SR

I wish Shad all the luck in the world and I hope he takes is super league chance with the Bulls well I have enjoyed watching him and his record of 103 tries in 102 appearance speaks for itself what a legend and what a guy I was telling him in Toulouse he should 1 day be in the Halifax hall of fame he modestly said he should not. Lets hope he leaves us with a championship winners medal. Thank you shad
