Cant Beleive it, Leigh are going to dominate us all over the park. Something has gone wrong seriously somewhere, Who ever or what ever it is needs sorting now, we carry on like this we will be fighting to not go down and then all the money spent on the SL bid and the years of hard work thrown down the pan in one season. |

The board, if they are to retain Calland need to employ the services of a good proven defensive coach.
Its also time to get rid of some players who offer no real impact in a game.
Too many players are liabilities. Penalty after penalty.
Poor pass after poor pass.
Panic rugby all the time.
A winger that runs like a headless chicken
Relying on a 33&34 year old to make the hard yards
Brooding dual reg players that wouldn't get in Siddals second team.
One of our props hasn't made a tackle bust/line break in 3 years
Super League, this shower won't get us in the door in July

Time for Callander to go really poor display how can the board expect fans to travel all the way to Sheffield to watch this?
Greenwood= poor display looks off the pace by miles
Rob= runs sideways
Haley= not enough game time
Goddard= played well
White= not enough ball ha some good touches
Blacky= poor didn't look interested
Holly = played well just didn't have any options
Jones= played well but team dint seem to respond to hi
Penny = played ok but seems hot headed
Beswick= plate well again team don't seem to listen to him
Aizue= needs to run on to ball instead of running flat
Chandler = mom by far
Gannon= poor penalty machine needs to retire
Smithy= past it needs to retire
Sam= played well to many penalties given away
Ostick= only player to make decent yards
Cherryholme= poor
Overall really poor were a million miles off the pace Callander has took us to far and needs to go!

Greenwood
I like these so i may as well have a go.
Greenwood - Out for a year with a real bad injury but before that was the best fullback in the league. Needs time to get back up to that standard. We have a player who looks better at the moment and he should be playing.
Worrincy - Looks like the player we first signed and a shadow of himself last season. If a player cannot catch a ball that isnt in his bread basket then the coaching staff take him to one side and throw ball after ball at him until he can. Its simple but so effective.
Haley - Not good enough, just average run of the mill.
Goddard - looks to be getting better not great positional wise on their first break early in the game.
White - Best winger at the club and has been consistantly good.
Holly - Looked a bit of the pace early doors but is the best option we have here at the club.
Black - Poor again today not helped playing behind a crap pack.
Jones - thought he had his best game for us today.
Penky - trying to carry the team, good things happen when he is on the pitch but theres too much pressure on him because more often than not he is the only one who looks interested.
Beswick - Steady and unspectacular today.
Aizue - Only impact player we have. Could just do with another like him.
Chandler - good game by him today after a really dissapointing start to his Fax career.
Gannon - Best of the rest of a bad bunch im afraid to say.
Smithy - I felt sad watching him today. I want to remember him as someone who played well a couple of seasons for us. Those two tries he were to blame for in the second half were just embarassing. Should have been taken off the pitch after the first one never mind the second.
Barlow - Pretty poor all season. Needs to concentrate on playing rugby. looked very very good last season for us, total liability this. Maybe trying too hard?
Ostick - Better players playing park rugby, Bally might as well have said as much.
Cherryholme - Good game today, back to playing meh for the next 4 then.

Calland needs to stop changing the team week in week out. 1 player a week out of the 17 maybe but 4 or 5?! We need consistency until we can string a couple of wins together. Looking at the teams v Fev and today - no Fieldhouse, Paterson, Bannister, Watene or Fairbank - how can we gain any momentum and build some foundations as a team if there are always so many changes? I know some have said Nash is overweight etc but at least when he plays you can see he wants to win and plays with some passion and aggression - nothing a la Sam who did exactly what Sheffield wanted today and got wound up giving away penalty after penalty.
Can we please see similar starting 13s to try and grind out a win?
