Suppose it's out in the open now though, Shad can get on with Sunday. If they were going to next week imagine how many rumours and so on would have been flickering around, take players minds off Sunday. Least this way everyone can focus on the Final. |

Sorry UC, but IMO it is a positive that the Bu**s announced it a week before the GF. Gives us the opportunity to really say goodbye. If he'd been going elsewhere in the Championship, then that would have been a different matter and his new employers should have waited. But as he's off to SL it's totally right that we can get behind him and show him our thanks for what he's done. |

I agree that its better this way, once the rumours started, they needed to stop so everyone could concentrate on Sunday, and im sure we would all love the chance to chant Shads name as he picks up MOM and a winning try. Fairytale i know, but quite possible too.

The best fullback in the league without a doubt, his try scoring, his reading of the game, his support play, are all big parts of his game, he is good enough for Super League i have no doubt
At the end of last season i believe he signed a 1 year deal with an option for a 2nd year. obviously he has decided not to take that option for 2nd year. |
