Dear me, this post should have come with a spoiler alert on it. The Toronto and neutral fans sat near me found it very amusing as well. It was light hearted, she wasn’t abusing or threatening anyone, this is RL where fans have a bit of banter with each other, like a laugh even when their teams are losing and don’t take offence. It’s not football.

She has just moved back to the UK after living in Australia for a number of years and spent a fortune flying backwards and forwards to attend matches in Toulouse, Blackpool for the Summer Bash and as many other matches as she could fit in. She lives, eats and dreams Fax! She is also by no means chavvy!

The reported attendance was over 2000? I didn't make the trip down south, but are you saying that there was a lot less than that in the ground?

The reported Att in League Express was give as 1658 looked about right the Fax support was tremendous but pls we dont need somebody bashing a drum leave that to Leeds,Wire ,Sheff supporters.

The players and coach have already stated they love the drum and fires them up. Stop living in the 1950s and lighten up

I couldn't make it to this one but virtually everyone I have spoken to estimated the attendance at around 700. Similar to the match in Toulouse which gave an attendance of over 2,000. I believe that, as is allowed these days, Toronto included all their ST holders as it was their "Home" game.

As for the drum, I'm not a big fan personally. But so long as it is not persistent I can live with it and apparently most fans, and the players, like it.

Can't believe this thread, this could be any Fax Lady fan, I know a few and they like a drink, although Hudd Shay likes to dress up.

The drum is OK in the scratching shed as I sit in the east stand. Wouldn’t want it behind me. But it does as something in games that’s are a little dull on atmosphere. I’d also like to see Fax fans with flags. Blue and white hopped or checked. We should try and up the Fax atmosphere. Drums flags and yes even rattles.
