Brown went on Italy months loan about 7 weeks ago, don't remember seeing anything after that, anybody know if that has changed?

Personally I would n't let him play and might not even let Mennell play the week after, we've got too much at stake now.

Mennell can't play against us this season, it said in league express when he signed for donny that it was part of his contract

Press says we could have Ryan Maneely back this week for Batley.

RM says he is close to bringing in an unnamed player on a season long loan deal and hopes to have it tied up this week.

A different RL paper says Fax are still looing for a half back but no word on if it's the loan guy or just old news.

Would imagine the season loan player will be a halfback and with Ryan fit again we maybe won't use Conner this week.This is another problem with DR as if they're playing well you don't want them to return ?

Not sure about resting Scott. Batley will be a tough game and I think we'll need him for what he adds to our game. Rest him the week after against Donny (no offence to Donny meant)

It will be interesting to see who it is if it comes off, only a few weeks ago the press was full of clubs in the Championship looking to strengthen especially in the halves and they were all saying no one was available, if it is a half back it could be a bit of a coup as RM does not sign people for the sake of it.

I agree on this problem with DR and also if Ryan is fit and takes CR's place how Conner would feel if he was just sent back, not an ideal situation for all concerned.

Sadly without the loans and DR's we have had this year we would likely be nearer mid table than top four, lets hope we can get into a position were we don't need either.
