Leigh beat us easily and they didn't get out of second gear!

Hill at prop made massive yards and their game plan was easy; suck us in down the middle then put it wide, it looked far too easy for them at times.

Need some monsters upfront and quick, MC & MH no doubt know this lets see what they can come up with.

Chris Hill is a monster in terms of yards and effort............. Regards the Mick Nanyn chant even MN has a laugh at that.........All done in the best possible taste.

Fax were outplayed and outsung by Leigh today. I though Leigh controlled the game in most parts and they had the luck with them today as well with a couple of tries. Fax were unlucky with Greenwood and White whichcould have produced tries on other days. But Leigh also had tries chalked off. The big difference for me was Leigh forwards were making 10 metres atleast each time while Fax forwards with the acception of Aizue were lightweight and made 5 metres most times. The other thing was Leigh looked organized with Fax sometimes with no runners or nobody knowing what to do. I do think on another day, a confident Fax could have beaten Leigh with Black, Nash involved and Penky getting more game time. I also think Fax will get a win next week, as the signs are that with a bit more luck and working on a couple of things then we are not to far behind the Form team. I will be surprised if Leigh dont win something this year.

Well done to Leigh fully deserved victory and the fans outsung Fax today as well. Certainly in the East Stand the atmosphere with the Leigh fans and Directors was very friendly and was good to see officials and fans fron both sides mixing so well.

The atmosphere today in the South Stand was just as it should be (given two sets of fans in close proximity). No antagonism between the fans, just some heathly banter. It just highlights how bad some other fans really are.....

I have to agree regarding Hill - he's a great asset to you. I only saw him with the ball (you don't tend to notice the opposition tackling unless there's a big hit or foul play), but I wish he was wearing blue 'n' white...

Just rip up your application and stay down here with us. It was friendly, the weather was excellent, the game was OK and fax fans congratulating us as we left.

Come on , don't go there again , every club has 95 percent decent fans , every club has a few bozzos , and every club has idiots within it's towns boundaries that will be drawn to the big occasion

Point taken. I was just highlighting the fact that opposing fans can stand a few yards apart and not feel they need to do anything than support their team and engage in a bit of friendly banter.

This was (from where I was, in the South Stand) absolutely what happened today.

My daughter was utterly and totally scared out of her wits at Warrington.... need I say more...?
